Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for various accounts

• Maintain daily accounting entries, including journals

• Oversee daily banking activities for Canadian and U.S. accounts

• Process payments for equipment and supplier obligations

• Investigate inventory variances and maintain records

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

• Proficient in reconciliations and month-end procedures

• Inventory or cost accounting experience preferred

• Payroll and GST/HST knowledge required
