Full-Time Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and mentor a high-performing accounting team

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

• Produce accurate financial statements and reports

• Lead annual budgeting and cash-flow forecasts

• Ensure payroll reconciliation and financial accuracy

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in progressive accounting roles

• Background in construction management is essential

• CPA designation is strongly preferred

• Experience with construction software is an asset

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
