CHARM Fertility seeks an accounting professional with 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, ensuring timely month-end closures, and developing financial reports to support effective management decisions. Your meticulous nature will help uphold high standards in financial documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of full-cycle accounting

• Complete month-end and year-end financial closings

• Create detailed financial reports to drive decisions

• Track cash flow and reconcile accounts accurately

• Support OHIP billing and address discrepancies swiftly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Over 5 years of accounting experience required

• Proficient with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with healthcare billing practices preferred
