Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst

The Opportunity
The accounting team at Euna Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst to own a defined portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely, effective collections across a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to resolve disputes, hit collection targets, and support month-end reporting. What You'll Do

Manage collections for a defined portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring outstanding receivables to meet collection targets

Identify and elevate delinquent accounts in accordance with internal policy, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and consistently

Collaborate with billing, Customer Success, and renewals teams to resolve invoice disputes and uphold collections policy

Maintain accurate collection notes and generate timely reports for internal stakeholders

Support month-end A/R analytics and reporting

Maintain and update customer portals and assist with completion of customer forms

Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to A/R and collections

What You Bring

A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience

2+ years of relevant accounting or collections experience

Proficiency with accounting systems and software, with the ability to self-learn new tools independently

Comfort working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment

Intermediate Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Net Suite

Experience with Salesforce

Familiarity with customer portal management or billing workflows

Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.

Compensation Range: $54-68,000 annually
