Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable invoices efficiently

• Verify and resolve discrepancies in 3-way match

• Perform data entry for general ledger coding

• Support Capital Projects with invoice updates

• Maintain secure documents for audit and reference

Requirements:

• 1-2 years accounting experience in A/P

• Post-secondary education in accounting/finance

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
