Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the head office while providing high-level executive support to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to organizational efficiency, manage dual priorities, and work closely with executive leadership in a dynamic and innovative environment.

- Monitor, prioritize, and draft executive communications while maintaining discretion.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as liaison between executives and internal teams, delegating tasks and tracking action items.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor contracts, and administrative systems.
- Track budgets, expenses, and administrative KPIs to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate onboarding, office events, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure a professional first impression for all visitors and stakeholders.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in administrative management and executive support.
- At least 3+ years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing office operations and implementing administrative systems.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage overlapping priorities.
- Superior communication skills and professional presence.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is an asset.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality.
