The EHS Manager is vital to the VWTS Oakville business, a key site for Municipal & Industrial Water Solutions. You will engage employees in safety programs, analyze health and safety issues to mitigate risks, and document compliance with EHS regulations. Your leadership will help implement EHS policies and ensure all training is maintained effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage EHS employee engagement and safety-first initiatives
• Analyze data to identify and address health and safety challenges
• Lead integration of EHS programs into business operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Support Management of Change through critical reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• At least 7 years of EHS management experience
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and practices
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
