Start your journey with PCL as a Student in Building Systems, located in Toronto for 4 to 8 months beginning September 2026. This role focuses on practical contributions and skill development.

As a Building Systems Student, you'll gain valuable insights into the construction industry within PCL’s Canadian Buildings Division. The role includes reviewing essential project documentation, maintaining schedules, and supporting project staff. You will learn to navigate the complexities of construction while contributing positively to community-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand technical specifications and drawings

• Create documentation systems to assist project managers

• Maintain accurate logs of shop drawings and submissions

• Help develop project timelines and schedules

• Execute quality inspections alongside project coordinators

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in construction

• Field construction experience preferred

• Familiarity with necessary software applications

• Willingness to assist in project completion activities

• Must commit to a 4 or 8 month internship
