Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze gaps in training and recommend solutions

• Establish clear learning objectives for team development

• Create training materials and deliver effective coaching

• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance

• Maintain quality checks at all construction phases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a construction supervisory role

• OSHA 30-Hour certification or similar

• Degree or diploma in a Construction-related field

• Experience in adult learning or corporate training

• Ability to perform well under high-stress construction environments
