Outdoor Cabinetmaker’s Aid Position

Take on the role of a Cabinetmaker's Aid in outdoor residential projects at varying heights. This physical job involves supporting skilled trades and managing materials at construction sites.

This permanent position is available to those with little to no formal qualifications but who are eager to learn. You'll be part of a construction team working 30 hours each week, performing tasks such as mixing concrete, setting up barricades, and assisting in home framing. Experience in construction is preferred, but a strong work ethic and reliability are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and transport construction materials

• Assist in erecting walls and roofs

• Mix and pour concrete for projects

• Maintain a tidy work area by removing debris

• Operate tools and equipment under supervision

Requirements:

• 1 to less than 7 months of construction experience

• Able to work in outdoor and noisy environments

• Proficient with basic hand tools

• Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail

• Physical readiness to handle demanding tasks
