Drive construction excellence at Oakville GO station as an Assistant Site Supervisor. Lead daily operations in a high-traffic rail environment while ensuring compliance and safety.

In this pivotal role at Kenaidan, your focus will be on overseeing site operations for an essential transit infrastructure project. Collaborating closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will promote safety culture while ensuring adherence to specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for efficiency

• Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or Engineering

• 5–10+ years in site supervision, especially in transit

• Experience with in active rail corridors is strongly preferred

• Knowledge of construction methodologies and processes

• Strong leadership and communication skills
