In this pivotal role, you will lead cost estimation efforts and conduct detailed analyses for complex projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft detailed cost estimates from proposal requests

• Execute quantity takeoffs using project documentation

• Assess and analyze labor productivity and pricing

• Support complex bid forms and proposal documentation

• Mentor junior estimators on best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in construction management or related technology

• 8+ years’ experience in heavy construction estimating

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to obtain OPG clearance
