Position: Construction Superintendent with Leadership Skills
Take charge as a Construction Superintendent responsible for managing large job sites and teams effectively. Ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations while driving project success.

In this position, you will report to the Vice President of Field Operations. A diploma in construction and a decade of experience in supervising significant projects is required. You will be pivotal in maintaining site integrity and supervising both subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate onsite work strategically

• Maintain an onsite presence to supervise operations

• Update and manage project schedules appropriately

• Monitor labor hours and submit time reports

• Review safety documentation from subcontractors

Requirements:

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in related field

• Ten years of experience as a Superintendent

• Extensive experience in renovation and fit-out projects

• Proven success with projects exceeding $10 million

• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
