You’ll collaborate with project management and leadership teams on diverse construction projects, particularly in tenant improvements, while maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost estimates based on drawings and specifications

• Manage the tendering process, including bid analysis

• Prepare comprehensive proposals and submissions

• Identify project risks early and flag costs

• Maintain internal cost databases and pricing benchmarks

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of estimating experience in a General Contractor setting

• Extensive experience with ICI projects, including significant financial accountability

• Familiar with construction contracts and proposals

• Proficiency in estimating tools such as Bluebeam

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
