Position: Building Envelope Student Role at PCL
Join PCL as a Building Envelope Student in Toronto, available for 4 or 8-month terms starting September 2026. Develop your skills in a project-driven, collaborative workplace.

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. is looking for a Building Envelope Student supported by a foundation in building science. This internship allows for participation in site reviews, project meetings, and the development of quality documents. We’re dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for your growth in the construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review design documents for potential issues

• Participate in meetings and project submittals

• Conduct reviews at plants and sites, assessing deficiencies

• Attend testing sessions in labs and fields

• Collaborate to develop remedial plans for building envelopes

Requirements:

• Knowledge of building envelope or building science

• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

• Strong interest in a construction career

• Proficiency in computer applications for documentation

• Additionally, prior construction site experience is a plus
