Project Manager for Construction Projects

Oversee construction success as a Project Manager. This full-time position requires strong leadership and project management skills in a hands-on construction environment.

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to direct construction projects from inception through completion. You will need to have a solid understanding of construction management software, project planning, and scheduling. The role emphasizes effective leadership and the ability to communicate with all project stakeholders while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance

• Interpret blueprints and construction documents for execution

• Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams for resource distribution

• Monitor and inspect project progress on site

• Maintain thorough documentation including RFIs and reports

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in managing various construction projects

• Solid knowledge of roofing systems and practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license

• Ability to work effectively under pressure
