As a permanent member in this physical work location, you will leverage your understanding of civil and mechanical construction. Your responsibilities include creating estimates, managing pre-qualification documents, and analyzing tenders. Collaborating closely with clients ensures that every project's financial feasibility is assessed and reported comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate labor and material cost estimates

• Prepare submissions for client pre-qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints for project requirements

• Conduct economic feasibility studies for proposals

• Analyze tenders and make award recommendations

Requirements:

• Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors

• Advanced skills in MS Excel

• Previous experience with projects valued at $500,001 to $1,500,000

• Strong focus on client service and organization

• Able to thrive under pressure
