We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position entails preparing estimates for labor and material costs, reading blueprints, and submitting reports for various stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring expenditures and facilitating effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify project needs

• Prepare comprehensive labor and material cost estimates

• Submit estimates, quotes, and monitor contract costs

• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

• Implement cost reporting systems

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience

• Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Power Point

• Understanding of quantity take-off procedures

• Excellent communication and consultative skills

• Capable of working under pressure in fast-paced environments
