Position: Electrical Estimator for Projects Nationwide
Contribute to exciting projects at Ganotec in Oakville as an Electrical Estimator. This role will enhance your skills in preparing and reviewing project estimates across Canada.

The Electrical Estimator position demands strong expertise for major projects, requiring you to prepare, analyze, and present accurate estimates. You will assist in developing historical databases and improving estimating processes while collaborating with project teams. Your proficiency in electrical estimation, an understanding of the construction field, and advanced technical skills will be essential in this mid-level role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and present cost estimates for various projects

• Review project specifications to craft accurate estimates

• Work alongside planning and procurement disciplines

• Analyze installation quantities from technical drawings

• Ensure continuous improvement of estimating processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in electrical estimation

• Strong familiarity with the Canadian construction industry

• Excellent communication skills, French a plus

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Blue Beam software
