This role requires advanced skills in cost preparation, negotiation, and effective communication. You will work closely with various teams to produce accurate estimates while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine quantities from drawings and specifications

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for projects across Canada

• Review plans and specifications to inform estimates

• Coordinate with planning and proposal teams

• Present estimates to management and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Technical Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering

• 8+ years in structural estimating

• Strong Canadian construction market knowledge

• Advanced MS Office and Bluebeam proficiency

• Willingness to travel for client meetings
