Key Responsibilities- Prepare scopes of work from project drawings
- Oversee the tendering process and pricing
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors for timely execution
- Manage project financial performance and documentation
- 3+ years in commercial construction management
- Proven experience with interior renovation projects
- Solid ability to read construction drawings
- Excellent organization and multi-project management
- General contractor experience preferred
