As a Team Leader, you will support safety initiatives by interpreting Health & Safety legislation and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Your role requires strong leadership skills and experience in health and safety strategy development in the construction industry. You will conduct safety audits, provide training, and advocate for safety awareness among team members and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Caivan’s Health & Safety program effectively

• Conduct job site safety compliance inspections regularly

• Maintain internal systems with up-to-date safety protocols

• Lead Health & Safety Committee meetings and document minutes

• Ensure timely completion of accident reporting to HR

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of construction safety experience required

• NSCO Certification and related degree/certificate

• Strong background with Microsoft Office applications

• Valid driver’s license for site travel

• CPR/First Aid Certification is mandatory
