As a Construction Project Manager at VOK, you will manage the complete project lifecycle for remodels and new builds in the Quick Service Restaurant sector. With a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget, you will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your expertise in digital tools will help streamline processes, ultimately resulting in safe and cost-effective construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end project execution for remodels and new builds
• Leverage digital tools for tracking and progress management
• Collaborate with finance and site teams for seamless execution
• Coordinate with external architects and engineers on plans
• Direct all phases of construction management for successful projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Proficiency in digital project management tools
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license with travel flexibility
