Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of school renovation sites

• Coordinate trades and contractors to adhere to timelines

• Uphold safety protocols and Ontario Building Code standards

• Conduct routine quality checks across the site

• Work with the Project Manager on issue resolution

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of Site Superintendent experience

• Track record in managing school renovations

• Excellent leadership and scheduling skills

• Familiar with construction safety requirements

• Valid driver’s license for travel in the region
