Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed cost estimates alongside the Senior Estimator
• Evaluate architectural drawings and blueprints
• Conduct thorough site assessments for project data
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for bids
• Ensure estimates comply with regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Background in construction management or related field
• Proven experience in estimating for construction projects
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
