Position: Construction Labourer for Grounds Projects
Join our dynamic team as a Construction Labourer focused on fence, deck, and landscaping projects. We offer training for individuals eager to enter the construction industry.

We are looking for 4–6 dependable General Labourers to support various construction projects. In this role, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople and learn the ropes of the industry. This position provides a pathway for hands-on experience and skill development with various outdoor tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks

• Organize and transport materials and tools efficiently

• Prepare sites by digging post holes

• Load and unload trucks and vehicles

• Facilitate clean and organized job sites

Requirements:

• Basic construction experience valued

• Must be able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)

• Timely and dependable work ethic

• Team-oriented with a positive outlook

• Preferred own transportation to job sites
