Location This role is based in Oakville, Ontario.

Responsibilities Lead pre-construction planning from early development through execution handoff.
Coordinate constructability reviews with engineering and operations teams.
Support estimating, scheduling, procurement planning, and execution strategies.
Identify project risks and develop practical mitigation plans.
Review engineering deliverables for construction readiness.
Prepare pre-construction reports, updates, and executive presentations.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience on major infrastructure projects.
Strong background in pre-construction planning, estimating, and scheduling.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead constructability reviews and translate engineering input into practical construction execution strategies.
Strong understanding of project schedules, cost drivers, procurement planning, and risk mitigation during early project development.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and collaborative planning in a fast-paced project environment.

Base Compensation: $129,000/yr - $155,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
