Position: Foreperson for Construction Leadership
Lead innovative construction efforts in British Columbia with Buildforth by Paradigm as a Foreperson. This role focuses on hands-on leadership, safety compliance, and quality control in diverse building projects.

Buildforth by Paradigm is seeking a Site Foreman to oversee skilled teams in constructing high-quality homes and community projects.

Your role will encompass effective crew leadership, installation management of prefabricated systems, and maintaining safety standards on-site. Your proactive approach will ensure that quality remains at the forefront of every project, contributing to your team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily crew activities and safety enforcement

• Oversee installation processes for structural components

• Interpret and implement project plans and specifications

• Verify accurate installation and connections of panels

• Engage in hands-on carpentry to meet project demands

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of construction supervisory experience

• Strong background in carpentry and framing

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Preferred background in prefabricated or modular construction

• Willingness to travel and handle extended work hours
