Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate estimating meetings

• Process contracts and purchase orders

• Maintain database for project status and proposals

• Prepare accurate budgets and detailed quantity takeoffs

• Support procurement strategies and tender packages

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in estimating roles

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience with various contract types

• Proficient with takeoff software

• Background in estimating projects from $500,000 to $40 million
