Senior Capital Projects Manager - Haines Junction

In this position, you will oversee the Capital Branch of Property Services, reporting to the Director. Your responsibilities include comprehensive management of project budgets and funding applications, as well as essential renovations and new government infrastructure construction on settlement lands. A strong foundation in construction project management is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complete capital projects
• Develop and report on the Capital budget
• Coordinate funding applications for projects
• Assist with asset management program development
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Project Management designation
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction projects
• Familiarity with construction techniques and civil works
• Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Complete a Criminal Records Check
