Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small to medium estimates and review bid documents

• Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications

• Complete full quantity take-offs from project documentation

• Support estimate lead with tender forms and proposal needs

• Identify risks and opportunities through contract terms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related discipline

• 4 years of construction cost estimating experience

• Understanding of key estimating principles and procedures

• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Experience leading pursuits valued up to $25 million
