Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily huddles to set production goals

• Oversee carpenters, labourers, and equipment operators

• Interpret blueprints for effective work planning

• Schedule crew activities and materials

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• 3+ years in field crew management in construction

• Minimum 5 years in the construction field

• Knowledge of OTM Book 7 and grading templates

• Experience with highway interchange construction

• Valid Class G driver’s license required
