We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who wants to move beyond project work and help shape how iconic Canadian wine brands show up in market. This is a high-impact corporate design role working directly with Brand and Trade teams across a diverse portfolio. You’ll own projects from concept through production, with a strong focus on packaging and label design that drives brand recognition and commercial success.

- Lead design projects from concept through production-ready delivery across print, packaging, and digital channels
- Create and evolve wine labels, packaging systems, and brand materials aligned to marketing strategy and regulatory requirements
- Maintain brand consistency across a broad and dynamic product portfolio
- Apply advanced typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling to elevate brand presence
- Partner closely with Brand, Trade, and Marketing teams to translate strategy into compelling creative
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong communication, organization, and ownership
- Prepare output-ready files and oversee production requirements across vendors
- Collaborate with external agencies when required
- Manage projects autonomously using Asana as the single source of truth
- Interpret feedback and direction into clear, actionable design solutions
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all work aligns with established guidelines and standards
- Minimum 8+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proven expertise in packaging and label design (beverage alcohol industry strongly preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and production workflows
- Experience creating print-ready files and managing packaging production requirements
- Strong digital design capabilities across web, social, and marketing assets
- Experience with 3D rendering tools (Adobe Dimension, Blender, or Cinema4D) is an asset
- Experience with media, including video editing (Final Pro Cut) and photography is an asset
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and accountability
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline
