Customer Service & Sales Associate

We are looking for someone with passion and experience for creating amazing customer environment with an strong attention to consistency and detail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, happy demeanor, problem solving skills, and able to work efficiently. This person is expected to have great organization and time management skills, and as an added bonus, will have additional background in customer service.

Your job will be to create and maintain the Kelly’s Bake Shoppe experience for our customers, that unsurpassed service experience which keeps our regulars standing in line alongside the sightseeing tourists. Impeccable customer service and excellent communication skills come hand in hand, so we expect a high quality of verbal and written communication skills for describing our products to writing detailed pre-orders.

• Interact with customers in a positive, friendly manner. We treat our customers like family and appreciate every single person that comes through the door.
• Taking customer orders in a professional manner.
• Politely answering the telephone.
• Demonstrate proper policies and procedures.
• Responsible for rotating baked goods and maintaining stock in the front of the house.
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of work environment, cleaning tasks throughout your shift.

• Experience in a customer based position is required.
• Experience handling cash and POS considered an asset.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, flexibility is an asset. We are open for business 6-7 days a week. Shifts can range between the hours of 7am to 10pm.
• Demonstrated belief in and commitment to a positive, healthy food, lifestyle and planet an asset.

We are looking for individuals with part-time and full-time availability. Must be ok working on weekends, as this is our busiest time of the week.
