A leading title insurance provider in Ontario seeks a Customer Service Specialist to ensure an exceptional client experience through inbound and outbound calls. Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of customer service experience, ideally within a call center environment, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include processing Title Insurance orders and providing insightful support to customers.

This role offers great flexibility with core hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, alongside a commitment to employee success and diversity.
