Bilingual Customer Service Representative
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Location: Oakville, ON Hours: Mon-Fri – 8:30am-5pm -(37.5 hours/wk.) Must Be Available to Work 11:00am – 8:00pm To Provide Coverage On Sick/Vacation Days Salary: $65,000 Company: Our client is international leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their team of professionals.

- Fluently bilingual (English/French) – Spoken and Written.
- High school graduate.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a /customer service
- Order Management experience.
- Ecommerce experience an asset.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of AS400 and/or Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset but not mandatory.
