In this role, you'll collaborate with the service team to handle service inquiries, manage appointments, and maintain customer records in our CRM. Your proactive approach will help ensure customer satisfaction and foster trust in our luxury automotive services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound service inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments to optimize service department workflow
• Maintain accurate customer and service history records
• Follow up on post-service satisfaction and reschedule no-shows
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns to promote services
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive services
