The position requires strong organizational abilities to adapt to a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter orders accurately into Microsoft D365
• Monitor inventory and fulfillment rates actively
• Coordinate with 3PL logistics for order delivery
• Utilize customer portals for shipping arrangements
• Liaise with sales staff on delivery queries
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of customer support experience
• Proven track record in customer service roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems; EDI knowledge an asset
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
