Level II Dental Assistant – Davis Orthodontics

Location: Oakville, ON

Type: Part‑time (Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 7:50 am‑5:00 pm)

Salary: $28–$30 per hour depending on experience

• Take dental x‑rays, impressions, and scans, and assist with creation of study models and appliances.
• Prepare dental materials, such as mixing alginate and setting up Invisalign trays.
• Support the Hygienist and Doctor during procedures to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Write lab scripts, set up trays, and manage sterilization processes.
• Welcome, seat, and dismiss patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Engage with patients and families to create a caring and informed environment.
• Explain procedures to patients or parents to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Level 2 Dental Assisting Diploma and NDAEB certification are required.
• Passion for patient care and enjoyment of working with people, including children and adults.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable; comfortable with modern dental software and tools.
• Positive, enthusiastic demeanor and strong organizational skills.
