As a Master Instructor, you'll provide engaging and educational art classes at the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre.
Your role will include leading visual art sessions, assisting with curriculum design, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience. The ability to work independently and adapt lessons for varied audiences is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage drawing and painting classes effectively
• Support the development of inclusive art programs
• Create engaging curriculum for both beginners and advanced artists
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment
• Apply artistic skills in drawing, painting, and printmaking
Requirements:
• Completion or enrollment in a relevant Visual Arts program
• Strong foundational knowledge of contemporary art
• Previous teaching experience and lesson planning skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Valid criminal record check required for underage candidates
