The Town of Oakville seeks a Master Instructor to plan and deliver a variety of recreational activities tailored for preschoolers. This role includes working collaboratively with staff, ensuring participant safety, and communicating effectively with families. Ideal candidates will possess strong planning and child management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement fun and safe daily activities for preschoolers
• Prepare and distribute weekly program plans
• Cooperate with staff to deliver high-quality experiences
• Maintain safety protocols for all participants
• Ensure accurate administrative record-keeping
Requirements:
• ECE diploma and relevant additional training
• 2-4 years leadership experience in childcare or recreation
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in child activity development
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
