Toddler Classroom Teacher - Montessori Method

Ignite a passion for learning as a Montessori Toddler Teacher in Oakville. In this full-time position, you will implement engaging curriculums while caring for toddlers' developmental needs.

We are looking for a passionate educator with three years of experience working with toddlers aged 18 to 30 months and requisite MACTE or AMI certification.

Your role will prioritize individualized learning strategies while ensuring open communication with parents and adherence to educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging curriculums for toddler students

• Develop tailored learning plans based on assessments

• Conduct formal and informal parent-teacher communications

• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education standards

• Participate in promotional open house events

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in toddler education

• Required MACTE or AMI diploma

• Knowledge of CCEYA and safety regulations

• Current First Aid/CPR certification and police check

• Strong relationship management and communication skills
