Math & Science Teacher​/Tutor

Excited about teaching Math and Science? Oxford Learning Oakville South seeks passionate Teacher-Tutors for part-time positions, assisting students from Grades 9-12 with their educational goals.

This position is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy imparting knowledge and can teach effectively in person during evenings and weekends. You will not need to plan lessons; everything is prepared for you. Strong qualifications and excellent communication skills are critical requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction for up to 3 students at varying levels

• Deliver lessons based on the Oxford Learning philosophy

• Document student progress with regular updates

• Actively engage with students in a professional manner

• Availability required for evening and Saturday tutoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant learning experience

• Background in teaching high school math and science

• Excellent English communication abilities

• Previous tutoring experience preferred

• Must undergo vulnerable sector screening
