Process Designer / Process Engineer
Location: Oakville, ON

A specialized engineering firm is looking for a Process Designer or Process Engineer (P.Eng. preferred) to join their growing team. This company is internationally recognized for designing and delivering sterile, high?purity, and potent?containment process equipment and integrated systems for global biopharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing clients.
About the Role
You’ll work as part of a cross?functional engineering team to develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design packages for GMP?compliant process equipment and unit operations. The role includes design documentation, equipment integration, and hands?on involvement in FATs, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop design basis documents, URS, PFDs, and P&IDsSupport equipment sizing, layout planning, and process integrationPrepare CQV protocols and participate in FATs and onsite CQVCollaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teamsWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred)3–5 years of experience in process design or pharmaceutical/biopharma environmentsStrong communication, teamwork, and problem?solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast?paced environmentWillingness to travel internationally for vendor and client?site work
