Mechanical Estimator

In this role, you'll prepare and present estimates for major projects across Canada. With over five years of relevant experience, you will coordinate with various disciplines and develop comprehensive estimates. Additionally, you'll maintain professional relationships with clients and contribute to continuous improvement within the estimating team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine installation quantities from drawings and specifications

• Prepare cost estimates for major projects and proposals

• Review owner's plans for comprehensive project understanding

• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and proposal teams

• Present estimates to management and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years in mechanical estimating for major projects

• Excellent knowledge of the Canadian construction market

• Strong English communication skills;
French is preferred

• Willingness to travel for estimate-specific meetings
