This role involves advancing the design and testing of refrigerant-based heat exchangers, utilizing your expertise in aluminum and copper alloys. You will lead validation processes for electro-plating and analyze metal-to-metal bonding strength and durability. Collaborate with product engineering teams to address operational challenges and present solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee materials characterization for product development
• Validate electro-plating technologies and process specifications
• Conduct tests on bonding strength and corrosion performance
• Manage laboratory experiments and compile technical reports
• Present analytical findings to engineers and management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years in a related engineering role
• Strong understanding of corrosion and electrochemical testing
• Project management and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing standards
