Project Manager for Hardware Engineering

Lead the transformation of diagnostic technology as a Project Manager for Hardware Engineering at our Oakville HQ. This role focuses on coordinating complex hardware projects across teams.

We seek a dedicated Project Manager to manage the product lifecycle for hardware components. This includes overseeing design verification, prototyping, and manufacturing optimization. You will facilitate communication among engineering disciplines and supply chain partners while tracking project progress and identifying risks and blockers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hardware development milestones from prototype to manufacturing

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and firmware efforts

• Release BOM and ECOs throughout project lifecycle

• Track and communicate project timelines and dependencies

• Identify resource allocation needs and planning gaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering

• Proven experience with hardware development projects

• Technical understanding of development lifecycle phases

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage timelines

• Strong communication capabilities for stakeholder management
