Position: Intermediate Scheduler for Capital Projects
Elevate project planning as an Intermediate Scheduler focused on capital projects. Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to maintain and update project schedules.

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the Intermediate Scheduler will support schedule development across various phases. Key skills include proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and experience in project scheduling within engineering, procurement, and construction environments. You'll collect and validate progress data while ensuring alignment with project controls and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project schedules within established frameworks

• Update activities, durations, logic, and progress with input data

• Collect and validate schedule data from various teams

• Generate routine schedule reports, including look-ahead schedules

• Participate in schedule update meetings with project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• 4–8 years of scheduling experience on capital projects

• Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel

• Exposure to infrastructure or heavy industrial projects

• Relevant certifications such as PMP or AACE are an asset
