Key Responsibilities:- Interpret materials characterization results for product development
- Lead experimental development and quality conformance
- Analyze metal bonding strength and corrosion performance
- Monitor lab experiments and compile testing data
- Present findings and address customer requirements
- B.Eng. in relevant engineering discipline
- 3-5 years of automotive engineering experience
- Strong understanding of testing procedures and specifications
- Project management and communication skills
- Understanding of joining technologies and thermal management
