Engineering Change Management Coordinator

Join an innovative team as an Engineering Design Release Coordinator in Oakville, Ontario. This six-month contract focuses on leading engineering change initiatives within a regulated environment.

We seek a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys managing multiple change requests and collaborating across disciplines.

Your role involves executing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Orders (ECOs), overseeing documentation, and verifying product readiness in a supportive team atmosphere. Experience in managing design changes and understanding medical device quality is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute engineering change requests and orders with precision

• Collaborate within and across engineering teams

• Prepare design packages, ensuring completeness and accuracy

• Ensure all documentation is reviewed promptly

• Maintain up-to-date repositories with released information

Requirements:

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background

• Hands-on experience with Medical Device QMS

• Proven expertise in managing design change projects

• Capable of interpreting engineering specifications and BOMs

• Familiarity with FIRST Article Inspections and supplier interactions
